About My Story

Sally Goldner offers a unique combination of skills and life experiences that can take your organisation to a higher level in any number of ways.


This could be through Sally consulting with your organisation, telling her story to an audience of 10 to 10,000, writing or editing policies regarding diversity…or any combination of the above.


Sally’s human experiences is a trans and bi woman, as a person who sees situations in greater detail than the average, who can examine a situation from different perspectives due to her natural high levels of empathy and who understands mental health issues. She is also a qualified accountant with experience on numerous boards of organisations from various sectors. By using all of these skills, experiences and attributes for your advantage, Sally can find the solutions to your unique needs.


Sally had no word to describe her sense of gender identity until just prior to 30 years old. Learning about and claiming the various aspects of her whole self as part of a commitment to growth has been vital in expanding her skills. Claiming her bisexuality, introversion, cyclothymia and the trait of Highly Sensitive Person and simply being herself is a story that adds value.

Sally works in and around the lands of the Wurundjeri and Bunurong people of the Kulin Nations. She recognises that Aboriginal sovereignty has never been ceded and pay respect to Elders past, present & emerging.
